Health problems related to heart and lungs are slowly killing many people with dangerous effects on their immune system as well. Their has been immense speculation about cardio exercises and their effects as well and mind you, they help in strengthening lungs, heart, etc. and aerobics cardio is one of them.

 

BASICS

 

Cardio, a medical term, refers to heart and oxygen related activities are known as aerobic (or simply oxygen). Aerobics cardio mainly means the complete role of oxygen in plain heart functioning or the whole energy processing in it. One of the most important tasks of the aerobics cardio is the improvement of circulatory system. To understand more in detail, the heart tends to pump more and more blood as it is strengthened by the flow of oxygen into the lungs.

The basic premise of aerobics cardio is that one exercises vigorously to speed up the heart rate and then maintain it for at least 20-30 minutes and in turn what you get is cardiovascular benefits. To gain that cardio experience of good health, one needs to do the right aerobics cardio exercise.

 

HOW TO DO IT…

 

Start vigorously, maintain that momentum and exercise for a period of time you are comfortable for. But don’t huff or puff a lot. Endurance and strength is what one needs today and that is what exactly is provided by cardio. The best part being that it increases the lung capacity and the heart also benefits a lot from it
